Healthcentric Partners was established in 2008 as a Healthcare Consumerism strategy development and training company supporting employee health initiatives for corporations, insurance brokers and benefit consultants.

We believe that employers can drive positive change and encourage better health by promoting Healthcare Consumerism to their workforce.  We led that charge, and have now taken the mission to a higher level.  In June 2009, Frank Hone, founder of Healthcentric Partners, joined Healthways, the nation's leader in providing innnovative health and wellness solutions to consumers via employers and health plans. 

We will continue to provide seminars and workshops to help management teams understand the current market dynamics, trends and successful outcomes from consumer-centric health strategies and work with business leaders to create and deliver relevant resources, programs and incentives that motivate employees, customers and stakeholders toward greater Personal Responsibility for health.

The Healthways initiatives are built from the defined healthcare vision and strategic plan that we help prepare as well as finely tuned communication plans designed to penetrate audiences and lead to new attitudes and improved health behavior.

We believe in communications theories and skills drawn from our deep experience in consumer advertising and in particular direct-to-consumer (DTC) advertising of prescription medicines, where many of the same attitudinal and behavioral barriers around health behavior also exist.

Our knowledge and hands-on expertise in this area provides true differentiation in the way we develop strategies and communications plans that actually drive measurable health behavior change in the workplace.

Healthways helps “fill the gap” between effective health benefit plan design and desired engagement and action in the workforce.
